At Botanical Falls, we offer a unique healthcare consulting service that takes a holistic approach to wellness and longevity. Our highly trained physicians lead labs focus on cellular function and health, longevity markers, and anti-aging factors to identify root causes of any underlying health issues. With our Build a Wellness and Longevity Plan, we work with you to develop a highly customized coaching plan to help you achieve optimal health and longevity. This is our initial coaching consultation. We will review your health and wellness goals and create a customized plan that addresses your lifestyle and wellness concerns. Once your personalized treatment plan has been determined pricing for future sessions will be addressed. This initial session does not include labs. Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule please allow a 24 hour notification to avoid a cancellation fee. All late cancellation fees are the cost of the service booked . For exam if you booked a service for $130 and cancelled the morning of the service you will be required to pay $130 as a cancellation fee. This ensures all clients have access to the best times of service when appointments are filled.
